GPP flares are defined as episodes of widespread pustules that can occur without warning. Flares may start with fiery red, tender skin, followed by painful pustules and dry scaling.
Pay attention to how your body feels before a flare. You may feel unwell and generally uneasy, and may experience chills, decreased appetite, or nausea. You may also have general symptoms such as fever, joint pain, or feeling tired.
