Vaiheittain oireileva laajalle levinnyt, tulehtunut ja märkärakkulainen ihottuma, johon saattaa liittyä yleisoireita kuten kuumetta, nivelkipua tai voimakasta väsymystä, saattaa olla yleistynyttä pustulaarista psoriaasia (GPP).1 Vaikka pahenemisvaiheiden ja oireiden vakavuuden ennakoiminen on vaikeaa,1,2 pahenemisvaiheiden ja niitä laukaisevien tekijöiden tunnistaminen on merkittävä tekijä sairauden hallinnassa.1
